1. Courier & Delivery Policy

Delivery Partners:
We use trusted courier partners for nationwide delivery across Bangladesh.

Delivery Time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days.

Cash on Delivery:
Available in most areas for eligible products.

Shipping Fees/Delivery Cost:

  • Inside Dhaka: 70 taka
  • Outside Dhaka: 170 taka

Delivery Process:
Courier will call before delivery. Customers may inspect the package before acceptance.


2. Order & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed before noon may ship the same day In Sha Allah.
  • Shipping notifications with tracking info will be provided via Facebook Messenger.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return/Refund:
Products may be returned/refunded if they are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or not as described
  • Wrong item delivered

Time Window:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos of damage for faster processing.

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • All tags/accessories must be included.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or altered products
  • Missing original packaging

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is possible if the same product is available in stock.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

5. Damaged During Delivery

  • If product arrives broken/cracked, notify us within 48 hours with video evidence.
  • We will process replacement or refund as per policy, In Sha Allah.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch with full refund.
