Forhad was very responsive and quick to make any changes or updates we asked for. He was patient and understanding when we changed our minds about things throughout the process, but having a clear direction on the project details as a whole initially would have saved a lot of the revisions, and helped guide us to make clear decisions from the beginning. The language barrier was a bit of an obstacle at times which took a few back-and-forth emails to get clarification on, but he was always open to jumping on voice calls as needed.
